On Friday night April 15 and Saturday night April 16, the Teaneck Chabad House will be hosting a family/community Seder. The seder will be conducted in English and all Haggadahs are in Hebrew and English. Everyone is welcome: singles, families and senior citizens.
“The Seder will take participants through the wondrous liberation of our ancestors from Egyptian bondage, while sharing the relevance and beauty of the age-old festival in our modern lives,” said Rabbi Ephraim Simon, executive director and spiritual leader at Chabad.
Included in the Seder will be a delectable catered dinner paired with a variety of fine imported wines and handmade round shmurah matzah from Israel.
The first-night Seder will be led by Rabbi Ephraim Simon and the second night by Rabbi Michoel Goldin.
Suggested donation is $54 per adult and $18 per child per evening, but NO ONE is turned away for lack of funds.
