Tenafly Chabad Academy students, spanning from first to eighth grades, united with Klal Yisroel for a momentous Kriat Shema. The world witnessed as everyone joined in solidarity with Israel, collectively reciting the Shema, streamed live from the Kotel.

Following this profound experience, middle schoolers were privileged to hear from Leat Unger, who graciously shared her personal connection to Omer Shem Tov, her cousin and one of the hostages in Gaza. With poignant detail, she illuminated Omer’s character and story, igniting within us a fervent hope for his safe return.
