Tenafly Chabad Academy second graders learned about fingerprints. They learned how every person’s fingerprints are different, including twins. They did a “hands on” project where each child transferred their fingerprints to a chart shaped like a hand. They then used their charts and large fingerprint samples, to see if their fingerprints had an arch, loop or whorl. Some of the students are becoming real amateur sleuths!
