The Berkshire Bank has launched a new service to its customers: InterBank Transfer (IBT) Services. Moving funds to or from a checking account at another bank is now available with the click of a button. Both personal and business customers can enjoy this feature as long as they are signed up for the Bank’s online banking service BerkOnline®.

“We are excited to give our customers the freedom to move their funds when and where they need to without leaving their homes,” Dan Kimchi, Director of the Bank’s Information Technology department said. “With the ever-changing climate of technology, we wanted our customers to know that we are always evolving to ensure that their best interest is put first.”
