The Drink Up Jewish Link Sportstar of the Week: Zach Rothschild

The Jewish Link and Drink Up would like to recognize Zach Rothschild as this week’s Sportstar of the Week. Zach is a freshman at the Torah Academy of Bergen County (TABC) and a big part of the TABC junior varsity hockey team’s 5-0 start to the season. When asked about Rothschild, TABC JV hockey coach, Tzvika Poleyeff, told The Jewish Link, “Zach is a great kid with excellent middos who’s very dedicated to getting better every time he steps on the court.” Zach’s sixth grade basketball coach at RYNJ, Steve Gutlove added, “Zach is an incredibly hard worker; He doesn’t ever take a play off. His work ethic and love of the game is contagious, and it is easy to see the impact Zach has on his teammates.”
