The Jewish Link and The Humble Toast would like to recognize Azi Gold as this week’s Sportstar of the Week. Like his siblings Azi is a standout soccer player, helping to lead the FC Teaneck Thunder. When asked about Azi, Camp Shalom’s Head of Sports Gabi Secemski told The Jewish Link, “Azi is a fantastic athlete and a leader in a bunk full of campers who love sports. He leads by example, combining his desire to win with sportsmanship. Azi helped make sure the league teams were fair, and makes sure that games are officiated fairly—even if calls go against his team.”
