Rounding off the week. The Idea School students participated in a fun and interactive challah bake activity in honor of Sharsheret Pink Day. The students spoke more about Sharsheret and the incredible work the organization does for the community. They learned about the mitzvah of hafrashat challah, and then got busy designing, decorating and topping their creations with pink sprinkles, chocolate chips and other edible adornments. The creations were then taken home with the students to bake and finally enjoy at home for Shabbat.
