Bringing the kavod of Shabbat, The Idea School joined in a pre-shabbos tish—complete with music, niggunim, kugel, babka and its signature Friday afternoon shout outs where all students and teachers take a moment to recognize another individual for a special contribution to the group. What began as a school activity grew to include other guests and members of the JCC’s other programs as The Idea School welcomed all who came to join in.
