Led by The Idea School’s Uplan teacher, Benzion Ferziger, The Idea School students participated in mock Israeli elections during a weekly town hall session. As the actual Israeli elections were taking place, students researched the candidates, parties and platforms in real time and represented them to the student body. The student body then voted on their candidate, based on the campaign presentations, and a winner emerged. Just like in Israel, the election outcome is just the start of another cycle.
