Thursday night the Rapids came out with speed, intensity, and aggression in its first JV basketball game vs. Westchester. Coach Keni and Coach Atara took their team to the championship last year, and although they didn’t come out with a win against SAR, they got a taste of victory and are hungry for more. The game ended with a “W” for the young team 55-25. The team’s next game is a rematch of last year’s championship vs. SAR.
