The children of The Lauren Elise Bier Nursery School at Congregation AABJ&D celebrated Thanksgiving by creating many beautiful table decorations and costumes. The children learned the story of Thanksgiving and how important it is to say thank you for the things that they have. In the gym, they built their very own teepee and the classes each took turns using it and decorating the outside. The outside was made of paper that the children painted and colored. It was so much fun to play in!

On Wednesday, the children all enjoyed an individually plated Thanksgiving feast sponsored by the PTA. It was so yummy! Everyone was very excited to bring their projects home and share their learning with their families.
