Moriah’s early childhood students thought that this year’s Rosh Hashanah celebrations would be filled with sweet treats of apples and honey, and the suns of the shofar. But on Tuesday, October 1, at their Rosh Hashanah oneg, they danced into their new home, donning hard hats, as the doors to The Zahava and Moshael Straus Early Childhood Center opened to its students for the first time.

The Moriah community is so thankful to Zahava and Moshael Straus and to all those who have helped support this campaign for Moriah’s future so far. Everyone is thrilled to begin this year in our new building, and look forward to the completion of the state of the art athletic center as well.
