Marc Stein, originally from Highland Park, NJ, moved to Teaneck at age 15. He is a graduate of TABC and CUNY Baruch College where he majored in Marketing/Management. He eventually discovered he had a strong passion for real estate and became a licensed broker who has been working in Bergen County for over 11 years. He specializes in first-time New Jersey home purchases, luxury home sales, commercial properties and new development projects, including single-family homes, multi-family residences and office buildings. Marc is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors and the Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors and its Young Professional Network (YPN).
Recently, Marc founded Links Residential, a new real estate agency in Teaneck. His unique expertise translates into superior customer service. Stein told JLBC, “My education and experience has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of this area—the home properties, and also the neighborhood schools, cultural centers, and local governments that make up these extraordinary communities.”
Marc is a fan favorite among home buyers in the area. One of Marc’s satisfied clients confirmed it. “His expert network of professionals makes the transaction as enjoyable and seamless as possible.”
At Links Residential, the primary objective is to provide a tailored experience focused on a homeowner’s/seller’s/buyer’s personal tastes and long-term real estate goals. When asked which skills have proven most helpful in his success, Stein said, “Buying or selling a property can be overwhelming, especially for a first timer. With patience, understanding and by paying attention to my clients, I make certain they are comfortable and confident in their decision. Frankly, creative, out-of-the-box thinking and keen negotiating skills are some of my most valuable assets.”
Marc feels strongly that his buyers and sellers should be well-educated about their deals and he will advise them to help make the best decision under the circumstances. In addition, he supplies clients with an entire network of qualified professionals to support them through the buying or selling process. From contractor, architect, designer, inspector, mortgage broker and real estate attorney, his experts help make the transaction a smooth one.
With more than $150 million in closed residential deals, Marc Stein knows what it takes to be a successful real estate broker in Bergen County. As a courtesy to the community, for the past seven years he has been hosting New Jersey home-buying seminars for first-timers. At these events, Marc walks prospective clients through the New Jersey home-buying process and offers step-by-step guidance on how to get the process started.
Links Residential is also Marc’s opportunity to create a firm with a focus on technology to streamline the buying and selling experience. As clients have become more dependent on technology, Links Residential’s new website and paperless client center is a great interactive tool—a digital home where clients keep track of their real estate. An upgrade will be released at the end of September to allow active buyers to track trends and specific properties they wish to follow.
Marc lives in Bergenfield with his wife, Elysia and two daughters Abigail and Rebecca. He is available for free consultations anytime at Marc_LinksNJ.com or 201-922-3600.
