Moriah’s early childhood had a special visit from the shofar factory. They had fun listening to facts about the shofar—where it comes from, how it is made and how and why it is used. The children watched as a large shofar was prepared from a ram’s horn. They had the opportunity to learn how to blow the shofar with their newly sanded shofar.
