In celebration of the Simpsons 30th anniversary, Mike Reiss, the show’s longest-serving writer and producer, gives a behind-the-scenes look at the legendary show that has been one of the most popular in television history. He’ll share stories, scandals and gossip about the creation of the series, starring the most iconic cartoon family ever. Following the talk on Saturday, December 1 at 8 p.m., four-time Emmy winning Reiss will sign his new Simpsons memoir “Springfield Confidential,” which chronicles his favorite stories, what it was like to be crammed in a room full of funny writers 60 hours a week, and what he learned after traveling to 71 countries where The Simpsons is watched.
