The Springboard School staff and students were so excited to be the first in-person group to visit the Bergen County Zoological Park since the pandemic. The class was split into two groups, and each had a private tour of the zoo. The children were excited to learn that one of the differences between an alligator and a crocodile is its mouth! The alligator has a “u” shaped mouth and the crocodile has a “v” shaped mouth. They ended the tour by meeting the snowy owl, which looked just as fluffy as the ones they made in their classroom. It was a “thumbs up” end of school year field trip!
