Students at The Springboard School at Lubavitch on the Palisades were so excited to take their first field trip of the year, to the Tenafly library! Librarian Latricia Markle met with the group and explained how a library works, the size of the library (30,000 books in the children’s section!) and the types of books they have. Latricia read two books with a library theme. She ended the visit talking about how to treat a library book and how to get a library card. The Springboard students gave the library trip a “thumbs up” and are excited for their next trip.
