Yeshivat Noam 3rd grade scientists have been studying and experimenting with different states of matter. They melted, solidified, evaporated and condensed matter to experience phase changes. Sublimating dry ice from solid to gas created a stir of excitement as they smoked up the classroom and made their own instant ice cream!
