Tiferet of Teaneck hosted Professor Adam Shale, a geology and oceanography professor at CUNY Bronx for an interactive geology lesson exploring the rock cycle. Using examples of igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks, Professor Shale explained the processes that transform rocks from one type to another over time; including heat, pressure and the effects of weathering, erosion and sedimentation.
