It is imperative that we elect local, county and state officials who have established track records of supporting our community’s needs. On November 8, we need your support to elect Richard Berdnik for Passaic County sheriff, and Pat Lepore and Terry Duffy for Passaic County commissioners.
Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik knows our community, having served 28 years as a Clifton police officer and the last eight years as sheriff. Time and time again, he has answered our community’s security concerns immediately and without fail, coordinating efforts with both the Clifton and Passaic Police Departments. He is recognized as one of the best sheriffs in the state of New Jersey.
Passaic County Commissioners Pat Lepore and Terry Duffy have been instrumental in improving needed services without any tax rate increase in four vears. Under their leadership Passaic County’s credit rating has risen to its highest level in county history. They have been accessible and recognize those areas where their support is necessary.
For Clifton residents, the Clifton Jewish Community Council will be endorsing candidates for the Clifton board of education and Clifton city council. Please await their endorsement email for more information. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mail-in ballots must be postmarked on or before 8 p.m. November 8.
We need you to vote on Tuesday, November 8. Your vote will make a critical difference.
