(Courtesy of EDS) Over 60 yeshivas from across the country gathered for an intensive two day Executive Directors Share (EDS) National Conference in Weston, Florida. Throughout the conference, colleagues were able to share their experiences and offer expertise to help all of the schools function more efficiently. Executive directors, directors of development, finance and operations officers, heads of schools and professional consultants all shared creative ideas and best practices in areas of fundraising, financial aid, working with local politicians, marketing, security, employment law and insurance and finance. The EDS network allows the local administrators to build and develop support networks that mutually benefit the schools and ultimately strengthen the entire community.
