As filling in March Madness brackets took over the school by storm, WDS students in grades three to five had their own version—March Madness: Book Edition. Instead of college basketball teams, books went head to head until they had a final division favorite.

Students nominated their four favorite book titles. The 16 most frequently nominated books were seeded into our giant bracket, and then went “cover to cover” as students voted for the favorite titles.

The No. 1 seed reigned supreme … “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone”!
