WDS sixth graders transformed into superheroes this week in science—element superheroes! Each student was assigned a different element on the periodic table to research, and then they created a superhero with powers based on their element’s properties. The students got super creative with their costumes, from a radioactive helmet to a flower pot that instantly sprouted new flowers!
