WDS sixth graders practiced using the scientific method as they learned the perfect recipe for making “elephant toothpaste.” After starting with a standard recipe, each group changed a different variable to see which recipe would produce the most foam.

The answer? Doubling the amount of hydrogen peroxide is the most effective!
