Welcomed by West Orange Mayor Robert Parisi, more than 50 residents were on hand as the Israeli flag was raised at West Orange Township Hall last week, to mark Yom Ha’atzmaut. Israel Deputy Consul General in New York Israel Nitzan was the guest speaker.
