When School Is Out CMEK Camp Is On

What do you do with your kids when school is closed for Erev Yomtov, Chol Hamoed, or a national holiday? For many, the CMEK schools-out camps have been the go-to option, for good reasons.

The CMEK program offers top quality sports instruction to all children, regardless of age or previous ability. Historically, many of the children who attend are in Grades 1-5, but CMEK also offers an intense basketball camp program for Grades 6-8. New for this year, pre-K and kindergarten programs were added.

Boys and girls from yeshiva day schools across Bergen County attend, and they love it because each camp day is unique. Chad Mekles, founder of CMEK, described the camp’s mission: “Parents are busy, so finding programming for their children during these critical times when schools are closed isn’t so easy …. When schools are off, CMEK camp is on. We do our best to place each child in an age and skill appropriate setting where they can develop their skills, make new friends and have fun.”

Upcoming CMEK camps include President’s Day and Passover. For more details email [email protected] or visit www.CMEK.com.
