WTA and Yeshivat He’Atid have harbored a very special relationship for years. Both schools are committed to providing an excellent education within reach, and use similar models to actualize that goal. While the two schools pull from different geographic regions and communities, one more major similarity is that the heads of school even share a name— and a home! Rav Tomer Ronen heads Yeshivat He’Atid, and Morah Deganit Ronen is Head of School at WTA. On Tuesday, this warm and loving family-school rivalry came to a head as the WTA Warriors and the He’Atid Hurricanes faced off on the basketball court. Mazel tov to Yeshivat He’Atid on their win in a close game, as they pulled ahead in the fourth quarter and won by four points. Everyone enjoyed the great game and great sportsmanship!
