This week, eighth graders at WTA spent Wednesday evening preparing challot for their Better Together senior buddies from the Ruach program at the Young Israel of New Rochelle. Joy Wilson—of Joy of Cakes—taught the students different braiding techniques, and then they packaged and delivered beautiful Shabbat packages, which included personalized handwritten cards and a few other Shabbat treats!
