One hundred is a big concept—almost unfathomable to young children, and sometimes even a stretch for adults—but at WTA there is an annual tradition of celebrating the 100th day of school for just that reason! Students have a blast dressing up for this milestone—either as 100 year olds, or representing the concept of 100—and it’s only fitting that the 100th day always crops up in the weeks leading up to Purim.
This past Sunday, WTA celebrated another big milestone—the girls’ soccer team’s first game of the season and their first win! The WTA Warriors had a fantastic game, and with the leadership of beloved early childhood teacher Coach Or they managed to win with a staggering seven points. Kol hakavod to the Warriors, and may they continue to thrive!
