(WTA) It was only a short time ago that the students at Westchester Torah Academy formed their very own hockey team, and last week, the WTA Warriors were the proud winners of their first game in history! Both the Solomon Schechter and WTA teams put their best effort forth throughout a tense game ending in a score of 5-4. The first goal was made by seventh grader Zachary Tare who scored two shots in total. Then seventh grader Netanel Jacobs scored a hat trick, securing the win for the team. The creator of the team, eighth grader Netanel Kalb played an outstanding game as goalie. The Warriors are ready and looking forward to their next game against RPRY!
