A Yad Leah clothing drive will take place on Sunday, July 23 from 9 a.m.-noon at Congregation Ohav Emeth in Highland Park. Community members are invited to donate infant- through adult-sized clothing in excellent wearable condition and shoes in new or like new condition. Linens, towels, tablecloths, handbags, cosmetics and hair accessories in good condition are also being accepted. Donations should be dropped off in tied garbage bags. Yad Leah will distribute contributions to over 15 communities throughout Israel.

To help defray the Israel shipping and processing costs, a $36 donation is suggested per donor. Online, pre-registration and donation at yadleah.org is recommended to expedite the drop off. Onsite registration and donations (checks made out to American Friends of Yad Leah) or credit cards will also be accepted. Online receipts will be provided by Yad Leah for the donation and clothing (and/or miscellaneous items) contributed.
