(Courtesy of Yad Leah) Yad Leah brought back its immensely popular Pack-for-Israel Experience on Jan. 1. Dozens of community members started off the new calendar year by sorting, folding and packing over 1,200 items of clothing for Israeli families in need. Robin Amster, a volunteer from West Orange, shared, “It was heartwarming to be a part of families, couples and individuals gathering together so that our brothers and sisters will have access to necessities during these difficult times. The 90 minutes flew by!”
