As director of community engagement, a newly created position, Bleicher will develop engaging educational volunteer opportunities for individuals and families in North America and Israel, enabling Yad Leah to expand its reach and deepen its impact.

Bleicher joins Yad Leah after decades of creatively developing and implementing successful programs and initiatives for a variety of nonprofit Jewish organizations across New York and New Jersey. She lives with her husband, Michael, and children Meira, Tamar and Gavriel, in Bergenfield, New Jersey.
