In honor of Tu B’Shevat, Yavneh Academy early childhood students had the opportunity to learn about the shivat haminim and participated in hands-on experiences at rotating stations. The children made a “cake” from fruit, planted seeds, prepared fruit kabobs and made edible “dirt cups.” Throughout the week, the bnot Sherut Leumi visited lower school classes and ran a Tu B’Shevat seder for the students.
