In the few days of school leading up to the Yamin Noraim, the Yavneh Academy early childhood students accomplished so much! They listened to the shofar with Rabbi Knapp and heard all of its different sounds as well as learning about what animals a shofar can come from. The children also learned about bees and how honey is made. They learned about different types of apples, made apple cake, played games with apples and also created beautiful Rosh Hashanah cards.
