Yavneh Academy Early Childhood students prepared for the Yamim Noraim by learning about the shofar, its sounds and what animal it comes from. The students baked apple cakes, learned about honey and bees and “said” Tashlich. Gan students threw mistakes away so they can begin the new year fresh and clean. Each child drew a picture of a mistake they may have made and watched the picture disappear once they threw it into the water. Shana tova!
