The Yavneh Academy first grade classes teamed up for a Thanksgiving breakout activity filled with mystery, adventure, collaboration, critical thinking and fun! In small groups, students practiced their math and literacy skills as they solved puzzles in order to open letter and number locks on a surprise box in order to “break the turkey” out and set him free. Students were exhilarated as they buzzed around the room in search of clues, keys and ideas.
