Yavneh Academy Gan students have been immersed in a beur tefillah unit during the last few weeks. They began by brainstorming different ways to speak to Hashem and compared a real Siddur to their class Siddur. The children then began learning and dissecting the words of each tefillah they say on a daily basis; its meaning and its importance. The students even began creating their own Siddurim to reflect the one they use in the classroom daily.
