Where can you daven, make Purim masks, play in an arcade, design circuits, dance to your heart’s content and enjoy beautiful friendships? The answer is simple: The February 20 Friendship Circle/Yavneh Academy Mini Camp, where Friendship Circle members and Yavneh Academy seventh graders led by YA chapter presidents, Ariana Wisotsky, Richie Nadritch and Arielle Levy, accompanied by program coordinator Rose Secemski, shared a wonderful day together.
The Friendship Circle and Yavneh Academy enjoy a wonderful bond and look forward to spending many more happy days together. Many Yavneh Academy students are part of the weekly Friends at Home program, where children visit together on a weekly basis. In addition, Yavneh students also volunteer at the Sunday School program and participate in the yearly run. Yavneh’s Squishy Buy One—Give One to a Friend sale held earlier this year was a success raising over $400 and gifting well over 100 squishes to the Friendship Circle.
