On Tuesday, November 14, while the the Yavneh Academy eighth graders were in Washington D.C. attending the rally for Israel, Yavneh Academy held a day of support for Israel for the younger students who were not at the rally. The day was filled with creating banners and posters to show their love for Israel, letter writing campaigns, and an in-school rally with heartfelt signing. Thank you to Assemblywoman Lisa Swain for addressing the sixth and seventh graders. She urged them to be proud Jews who are willing to stand up for Israel and to always give of themselves to their communities.
