The Yavneh Academy Ganon classes set off this week on exciting adventures connected to what they were learning. Each class was immersed in hands-on learning over the past three weeks. As a culmination of each of these projects, the classes ventured out to see the places they were studying, first hand. Classes visited Trader Joe’s to connect with their supermarket unit; Butterflake connected to their bakery unit; and EJ’s Pizza connected to their letter P and pizza unit. Scavenger hunts, interviews and thank you notes extended the learning experience.
