Yavneh Ganon students have been singing songs, learning about different cities in Israel, tasting Israeli foods and comparing and contrasting the American and Israeli flags. They spoke about the shapes—stripes and triangles—which make up the kachol and lavan on the Israeli flag. The students also have been learning about four major cities in Israel (Tzfat, Yerushalayim, Eilat and Tel Aviv) and where they are located on the map. They had the opportunity to “travel” to the different cities using Beebots. It was a very special experience for the children to combine their knowledge about Israel and coding.
