Yavneh Academy Middle School students collected about 800 stuffed toys to send to Israeli children who have been displaced from their homes or are suffering a loss. This campaign was inspired by the organization Bears from Bergenfield which has collected over 7000 stuffed toys to send to Israel since the war started. Over 70 students from the Yavneh Academy Chesed Team then created cards to include with the toys and packed the bags. Students also created pins showing their support of Israel. The duffels are being shipped to Israel with the help of Yavneh parent, Mr. Knoll.
