Yeshiva University invites the community to its first annual conference on the Dead Sea Scrolls. The conference will take place May 19th from 1:30-4:30PM at the Lipschutz-Gutwirth Study Hall (Rubin Shul), 2501 Amsterdam Avenue, in Manhattan.
Opening and Closing Remarks will be given by Professor Moshe J. Bernstein. Participating contributors will be Steven D. Fraade, Mark Taper Professor of the History of Judaism, Yale University; Alexandria Frisch, Visiting Assistant Professor in Jewish Studies, Ursinus College; Richard J. Hidary, Assistant Profesor of Judaic Studies, Yeshiva University, and Lawrence H. Schiffman, Vice-Provost for Undergraduate Studies and Professor of Judaic Studies, Yeshiva University.
