Ninth grade chesed day at Yeshivat Frisch took place on February 12, with freshmen volunteering at six locations in the New York/New Jersey area. Students had the opportunity to do chesed at Masbia Soup Kitchen, Kaplen JCC on the Palisades, the Community Food Bank of New Jersey, Yad Leah, Promenade and Operation Backpack at Walmart (an initiative to provide backpacks and school supplies to children in need).
