Yeshivat Frisch’s Girls Torah Bowl team showed their mastery of text last Wednesday, winning all four rounds on December 12. For this particular competition, students prepared three parshiyot on their own, along with Rashi’s commentary: Vayeira, Chayei Sarah and Toldot. The students excelled not just in studying, but also in cheering each other on and displaying excellent sportsmanship. “I love participating in Torah Bowl because it allows me to understand parts of Chumash even more than I otherwise would,” said freshman Brooke Kohl.
