On Motzei Shabbat, February 4, Yeshivat He’Atid parents joined together for the school’s annual Melave Malka. The evening featured a Chinese dinner buffet followed by a fun Minute to Win It game hosted by parent Jason Farbowitz. The exciting competition included challenges such as maneuvering a cookie from forehead to mouth (no hands!), wrapping a partner as a mummy, balancing a soda can at a 45 degree angle (harder than it looks) and much more. This was a great way to build camaraderie among the parents, as everyone cheered on, and laughed with, their teammates. The evening concluded with an exciting raffle that offered a range of prizes from restaurant gift certificates and sports tickets to photo shoots and electronics, to name a few. Yeshivat He’Atid would like to thank the YHPA and all of the dedicated volunteers who made the event so successful.
