To celebrate the end of their unit on poetry and the completion of their poetry anthology, the Yeshivat He’Atid second graders held their annual Poetry Slam! They came prepared with a barrette and sunglasses, ready to recite a favorite poem they wrote during the unit. After their presentations, they congratulated each other on a job well done! They celebrated with cookies and sparkling grape juice, to be extra fancy for this classy occasion.
