Were you confused why so many people were walking around Teaneck covered in bright colors on Sunday? It was probably members of the Yeshivat He’Atid family, fresh from of the Yeshivat He’Atid Color Run!

On Sunday, hundreds flocked to Yeshivat He’Atid’s campus for a morning of fun, games and achdut! Beginning with a tekes and words from Rav Ronen, students, teachers and parents lined up to get messy! Participants ran around the track and were bombarded with colorful powder.

The feeling throughout the morning was one of celebration, and it was deserved. For yet another year, Yeshivat He’Atid raised enough funds to ensure all families attending the school can afford to send their children without worry. The over $100,000 raised in anticipation of the event is a sense of pride for a school that makes it a mission not to turn away any families for financial reasons.

In addition to the Color Run, participants also built kites for Kites for Peace. This initiative aims to fly more than 13,000 kites over Gaza to show what we really want flying in the air over that area.
