As part of Read Across America Day, Yeshivat He’Atid students participated in many themed activities and special read alouds in class. In conjunction with the day, students celebrated the birthday of Theodor Geisel, the author of Dr. Seuss. First to third grade students completed Read Across America classroom projects. Each class voted on a favorite book that they have read in class so far this year. Once the students selected a title, they were tasked to reimagine the book cover to create their own version. These beautiful book covers will be displayed across the school to remind our students of all the amazing books that are available to read!
